Master Sergeant Randal J Schneider

Master Sergeant Randal J. Schneider, trombone and euphonium, was born in Denver, Colorado, and grew up in Colorado Springs. Randy holds a Bachelor of Music Education Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. He joined The United States Air Force Academy Band in 1990 as trombonist with the Ceremonial Brass.  Sergeant Schneider has played with many notable performers including the Nelson Riddle Orchestra, Bob Hope, Sammy Davis Jr., John Denver, and Bobby McFerrin. He currently performs with the concert band and marching band, and is group leader and musical director for Galaxy Brass.
