Master Sergeant Scott P Richardson

Master Sergeant Scott Richardson, clarinet, is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1983 and a Master of Music degree from the University of Southern California in 1986. From 1986-1990, Scott performed with the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra, Nevada Opera Theatre, and the Nevada Symphonic Wind Ensemble. In 1990 he joined the Band of the Golden West, March AFB, California where he held the position of principal clarinet. While in California, he also performed with the Inland Empire Orchestra, the Mountain Chamber Orchestra, and was principal clarinetist in the Desert Symphony. Scott has been a member of The United States Air Force Academy Band since August 1994 and plays clarinet in the concert band, marching band, and bari sax in the Falconaires.
