Senior Master Sergeant Steven J Kindermann

Senior Master Sergeant Steven J. Kindermann, trumpet, hails from Dallas, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Trumpet Performance from Southern Methodist University, and has studied trumpet with Tom Booth, Phil Collins, and Bill Pfund. He has performed with the Colorado Springs Symphony, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and Opera, the Denver Brass, the Dayton Philharmonic, and was a member of the Springfield (OH) Symphony. In 1988 Sergeant Kindermann joined the Air Force as a member of the Air Force Band of Flight at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He joined The United States Air Force Academy Band in 1994 and has been a featured soloist with the concert band as well as with Stellar Brass. Steve is Tour Superintendent for The USAF Academy Band.
