Technical Sergeant Joseph Ferrone

Technical Sergeant Joseph Ferrone, trumpet, hails from Libertyville, Illinois. TSgt Ferrone received his Bachelor of Music performance degree with a certificate in jazz studies from the University of Colorado in 2004. His former teachers include Charles Stein, Terry Sawchuk, and John Davis. Sergeant Ferrone debuted with the Falconaires on the 2004 tribute CD Ev’ry Time We Say Goodbye. He became a member of The United States Air Force Academy Band in 2005 and performs with the Marching Band, Falconaires and the Concert Band. Sergeant Ferrone is a USAF Library Technician and active clinician, educator and freelance artist in Denver and Colorado Springs.
